I’m looking for a mother’s helper/nanny to support with my 2 y/o triplet boys on Wednesday and Thursday mornings 8am-12pm. I also have a daughter in preschool most of the day. In the mornings, you’d stay with the boys ~20 minutes while I do school drop-off.
One son has medical complexities (g-tube/ostomy), but I manage his care. Sometimes I may take him to appointments, leaving you with the other two, but I’m usually home helping or doing things around the house.
My husband and I love the outdoors, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys being outside year-round. The boys spend a couple hours in nature most mornings—parks, trails, bike rides, unless it’s pouring rain. We just bundle up! Our past nanny often took all three out for a little bit daily while I worked at home and prepped lunch.
We practice gentle, responsive parenting and value someone who shares this approach. If this feels like a good fit, I’d love to connect!

Hi, need an occasional sitter and was wondering if you’re available to help me. My Mother is able to care for my daughter a lot of the time but when she is not available we will need help. I work Tuesday-Saturday 330AM-12:00PM and I get home at 1245/1pm. My husband is on a graveyard shift for now with revolving nights off. We are looking for someone who can be at our house in Tacoma at 230AM-830AM or possibly until 1pm and/or just 8AM to 1PM on some Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fris, or Sats when my Mother is not available and my husband is working. I am able to schedule out a month or two in advance. My husband would arrive home about 730AM from his shift. While Sofia is sleeping, some light house work would be helpful. Tiding up the living room, loading the dishwasher or washing baby dishes if there is any. While Sofia is awake play with her, make sure her needs are met, be patient, be calm, keep her safe, talk with her, help her learn and explore, to feel safe, and be happy.

She's a pretty happy, loving, sweet, silly kid. She loves helping except when she's tired. She loves animals, arts and crafts, she likes reading or being read to, she's a pretty easy kiddo. She loves music and dancing and getting her makeup done.
My hours are sporadic. Like this weekend I have Thurs and Friday off, next week, I have 4 days off, including the weekend. She may need to be picked up/dropped off depending on the day. Declan is non verbal, autistic, very easy going, quite loud with sounds, doesn’t like much of co-play but it’s good to work on. Will need someone to get him off the bus M/T/R/F at 11:45, feed him lunch at 12:30, put him down for a nap at 1:45, do some light housekeeping like a load of dishes or switch laundry while he naps, watch tv, chill, he must be awake no later than 4pm. My older step kids get home around 2:30, so you may leave for lunch or a break at that time if you want, but just be back by 4pm to wake him, unless one of us gets home and let’s you no there is no need to return. Daddy may get home before 4pm and you may go, but one of us is usually home before 5pm always. Wednesdays, no need to get off bus, please arrive at 12:30 and follow same schedule there after. Also hoping for a date night occasionally? My step kids are not to watch Declan alone and having an adult in the house is needed when he is awake, but haven’t had adult time in….a billion years, so a weekend night would be DOPE!
