A little bit about me
A little about me:
I started as a caregiver working for a daycare, which allowed me to see why being a nanny is my true calling. I have more than 20 years of experience with newborns and toddlers. I take pride in teaching children skills that will further their development. I love doing activities such as arts and crafts, reading, taking walks, going to the playground, and overall any activity that I know will enrich the children that I care for. I also speak Spanish, and sometimes families are also interested in children learning a second language, so I can definitely teach Spanish if needed.
My schedule is flexible in case there is a need for evening care on weekends/date nights as well.
I can provide references as well upon request.
I hope to be your next choice for a nanny.

I have experience supporting children in both home and classroom settings, including working with children with autism. My responsibilities have included assisting with schoolwork, supporting daily routines and basic needs, engaging children in play and educational activities, and providing reliable babysitting care. These experiences have helped me develop patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with children and their families.
I am enthusiastic, responsible and caring. I genuinely enjoy helping children reach their potential and would love the opportunity to support your family.

Common Responsibilities of Housekeeper Nannies in Chicago, IL
When evaluating if a housekeeping nanny is right for your family, it’s important to consider what makes housekeeping nannies distinct from nannies. Both a housekeeping nanny and a nanny are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment. These responsibilities can include organizing activities, preparing meals, handling child-related errands as well as others. However, a housekeeping nanny usually takes on cleaning and maintenance for the entire home and family. In contrast, a nanny focuses exclusively on cleaning for the children such as the playroom, children's laundry, etc. A housekeeping nanny offers these services to the entire home and family, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming.
A housekeeping nanny can be a full-time, part-time, or live-in position. It is essential to take these factors into account when determining how much you should pay a housekeeping nanny.
