A little bit about me
My name is Kayla 🥰 and I’d love to get to know each other, so for starters here is a little bit about myself!
I am originally from a small college town in Michigan, home of the Ferris State Bulldogs, and I graduated from Big Rapids High School. I carry a strong passion for travel and caring for children of all ages! In high school I nannied for a family of two, for most of their grade school years, one boy starting at age 4 and one girl age 6 and I solely believe leaving this family gave me that empty space in my heart for children every day moving forward!
I now have two of my own, one and two, and would like two more in the coming years. My fiancé and I just purchased 10 acres, and are building our forever home in the coming year as well!
I would love to talk more personally with you, about you and your families needs over the phone if you are interested!
I’m looking forward to hearing from you
Kayla :)

How to Hire a Housekeeper Nanny in Muskegon, MI
On Nanny Lane, you can find a housekeeping nanny in Muskegon, MI. Our nanny services include background checks, PLUS, and nanny payroll. Start by posting a profile with a job description and then, you can start talking to candidates about your housekeeping nanny position.
Common Responsibilities of Housekeeper Nannies in Muskegon, MI
When evaluating if a housekeeping nanny is right for your family, it’s important to consider what makes housekeeping nannies distinct from nannies. Both a housekeeping nanny and a nanny are responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment. These responsibilities can include organizing activities, preparing meals, handling child-related errands as well as others. However, a housekeeping nanny usually takes on cleaning and maintenance for the entire home and family. In contrast, a nanny focuses exclusively on cleaning for the children such as the playroom, children's laundry, etc. A housekeeping nanny offers these services to the entire home and family, including laundry, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and vacuuming.
A housekeeping nanny can be a full-time, part-time, or live-in position. It is essential to take these factors into account when determining how much you should pay a housekeeping nanny.
Contracts for Housekeeper Nannies in Muskegon, MI
A contract provides an excellent opportunity to ensure that everyone is on the same page. By writing out a job offer for your housekeeping nanny position, you’ll create clear expectations for both your family and the housekeeping nanny..
In your housekeeping nanny job offer, you should communicate the responsibilities and compensation. This should be a detailed list focusing on all their responsibilities. We recommend running a background check on the candidates for your housekeeping nanny position at this point. You should provide a job offer that is dependent upon the results of the background check.
When you present your job offer create a safe place for your housekeeping nanny to ask any questions. Once the details are finalized, you can create a contract for your housekeeping nanny. Through the process of creating and discussing the job offer and contract, you’re building the foundation for a good relationship with your nanny where you both can ask questions and hold each other accountable.
