A little bit about us

We have 3 daughters. Twins are 14 months, not potty trained, one isn't walking the other is. We have a 2 year old, potty training, and loves attention. I work and my wife works from home and occasionally will need to go out. Groceries are brought to our apartment, food is always available. Laundry is here in apartment. Needs support when I am not home so wife can complete her daily tasks. I have a job this Saturday and possibly next weekend. No pets and non smokers. Take to park with mom and assist with bathing and cooking.

A little bit about us

I have 2 1/2 year old twins and an almost 8 month old. All girls! My mother currently watches them while I work from home and I also care for them. I’m just starting the process of looking for help, but right now I’m looking for a couple days a week to help watch the kids with my mother and some light house cleaning if the time allows. Responsibilities would include playing with the kids and feeding them. My mother will continue to be here to care for them, we just need an extra set of hands so I can focus more on work. When the weather is nice, taking the kids outside or to the park would be great to help get their energy out.

What Are Nanny Jobs for Twins?

Nanny jobs for twins are positions with families who have twins, triplets, or other multiples. These roles suit nannies who enjoy a busy, hands-on household and have experience with more than one child of the same age. Your experience with multiples can set you apart.

Types of Nanny Jobs for Twins and Responsibilities

Duties include feeding, naps, play, and outings for more than one child at once, often with a shared routine. Some families have newborn multiples and need help with sleep and feeding, while others have toddlers or school-age children. Check the ages of the children, the hours, and whether there will be a second caregiver.

How to Interview for Nanny Jobs for Twins

Once you start connecting with prospective employers, the next step is a nanny job interview. Here are some questions you should ask:

  • How old are the children, and what are their routines?
  • Will there be another caregiver or parent at home?
  • Do the children share a schedule for naps and feeding?
  • Will I be taking them out alone, and what equipment do you have?
  • How will pay work for caring for more than one child?

Beyond asking these questions, families will want you to have your nanny references ready and ask any questions to show initiative. The nanny job interview is an excellent opportunity to get aligned on the nanny job expectations. By doing this, you can get off on the right foot with your future employer.
