A little bit about us

I am going to the military , Basic Training & AIT. I just need a nanny to help me are the stress of my husband from having to deal with three small kids. My husband cleans and cooks but we would need someone to help take them to daycare and pick up as w3l. Someone to bring a motherly warmth to the household during my absence. My 4 year old Kharma likes to draw and play. She listens well but like All children will try to do things her way. They all love to go to the park. She is in pull ups and panties. She is potty trained and pullups are usually for nights. My 2 year old Phoenix is very scary I've, sometimes has tantrums( I use distraction to get him to calm down). He is not potty trained. He is very fast and falls because he is always running. My baby Shyshy is sweet as pie, no problems besides putting everything he sees in his mouth. The whole purpose of this nanny is to make sure kids and hubby don't need any help. Check on them daily. Educationally interact with my chidlren. My daughter was recently tongue tied and her speech is kind of understandable. My 2 year old mumbles and doesn't really say too many words either. Your job is very simple. I have no family here or I would of asked them to help.
