A little bit about us

We both work the same hours, sometimes our jobs do have us staying a little past 4:30, the latest is 5:00. Husband works a second job, I am currently pregnant with my 4th, after some time afterwards I will be switching careers. That career will involve me working longer hours, that will not be until next year of course after I take some time for what I need to take care of this year. But eventually we will need someone with flexible hours as the career change will have us needing it. Our oldest son is very energetic, daughter is very to herself and needs time to warm up to new people. Our one year old is the sweetest and likes most people. Depending. We rarely bring them around new people, it's been strictly family. Our children have both English and Spanish spoken to them, having someone bilingual would be nice. But it is not a must.

Looking for a reliable Part-Time Nanny for 2-Year-Old (North Bismarck)

About Our Family:
Hi there! We are a professional family living just 5 miles north of the North Bismarck Walmart. We are looking for a dependable, nurturing part-time nanny to join our home and support our 2-year-old daughter. Since we both work full-time (I work from home), we are looking for someone extremely reliable who can offer consistency to our routine.
The Role:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. This schedule is an ideal fit for a local college student seeking consistent morning hours.
Core Responsibilities: Engaging, interactive, screen-free play. We deeply value an environment that prioritizes active, hands-on learning rather than digital entertainment.
Household Support: During our daughter’s nap time—which typically occurs in the afternoon but can vary—we would appreciate help with light housekeeping tasks (such as dishes, dusting, and laundry) to help our home run smoothly.
What We Are Looking For:
Dependability: We need someone who is punctual and treats this position as a committed responsibility.
Values: A nanny who shares our commitment to a screen-free home environment and understands the importance of gentle, attentive care.
Logistics: No driving of the child is required for this role.
If you are a student or a caregiver who loves toddlers and is looking for a structured, steady morning schedule, we would love to hear from you! Please reach out to chat if you are interested.
