Looking for a part-time caregiver/aid for a happy and loving 10-year-old boy who is deaf-blind. Child is non-verbal, has developmental delays and needs help with his daily activities, including: getting him ready for school in the morning, toileting, bathing, eating and staying safe while at home. Caregiver will also need to administer medications in the morning and evening. The home is fully handicap accessible and while the child is ambulatory with the help of a walker, he spends most of his time in a wheelchair. The aid will need to be able to lift the child in and out of a wheelchair. The aid will also need to care for his 6-year-old brother, who is pretty self sufficient for a child. ISO - Nanny to pick up 2 year old at local Chester day care 5 days per week, transport the child to our home in Chester and assist in the home. Anticipated hours would be between 4 - 7 (or possibly 7:30)

2nd child expected in late December with anticipated role increase starting in April (when maternity leave ends). Increased role would include picking the baby up at the same day care, help with feeding, cleaning and prep of bottles, occasional baths.

Must be responsible, caring, vaccinated, ok with a dog, and be willing to devote your undivided attention to the child (ie not on your phone).
