Looking for a skilled caregiver for my two beautiful children. My daughter's leaning towards autism and needs special care and understanding that I feel daycare just can't provide and I have a newborn. We are very faith oriented, Catholic important to us and to our children. Have a lovely golden retriever and a cat in home. Mother works and father runs his own business in construction. M-F, 7am-6pm latest. Currently living in Hilltop will be moving to new apt near Canal Winchester in September. Believes children should be outside, exploring, having fun, getting dirty and using their imaginations, leaning towards Montessori style learning over traditional. Discipline is firm boundaries, firm voice, redirection and a light hand smack if needed, we do not spank or punish or negative reinforce our kids.
