A little bit about us
I have felt really torn about sending our baby to daycare, because I don’t want to look back on this time and regret missing out on time that I could have had with him. When our other two were younger, we didn’t have many options available to us, but I’m hoping we can find something that will allow me to continue working without compromising so much time with our baby. We are seeking part-time care for our baby, but may request assistance with our other two boys on a random occasion here or there. Ideally, this person would become very close with our whole family.
We would work together to care for the baby during the day. When my schedule allows, I would like to be the one caring for him and spending time with him. During this time, we may ask for help with dishes, organizing, laundry, or other light cleaning. When I have meetings or things I need to be working on, I would lean on you to look after the baby. Our schedules are not set and things would ebb and flow. We are not 100% sure what this arrangement would look like, and it may change a little as we figure that out.
It is important to us that we find someone who has similar values as us. We believe Black Lives Matter, no human is illegal, science is real, love is love, women’s rights are human rights, and that Jesus would love first. If you know anyone who may fit this description and be interested in a job like this, please reach out to me.
