A little bit about me
I’m an upcoming junior in college, I have two younger siblings, and I’ve been helping care for them for as long as I can remember. Working with children has always been something I genuinely enjoy. I’m attentive, dependable, and always strive to make children feel comfortable, cared for, and encouraged. I understand how much trust it takes for families to welcome someone into their home, and I take that responsibility very seriously.
As a nanny, my goal is to provide not only reliable care but also a positive and fun experience for every child I work with. Whether it’s helping with schoolwork, planning creative activities, playing outdoors, or simply being a caring and supportive presence, I’m committed to making each day enjoyable while giving parents peace of mind.
Thank you for taking the time to get to know me! I look forward to the opportunity to support your family and create meaningful connections with your children.

A little bit about me
I love working with children. I got my BA degree in Religious Studies Youth Ministry. I am a kid at heart so it is very easy for me to connect with the kids I work with. I've enjoyed building a fort in the woods, swimming, field trips, crafts, guitar lessons, baking, gardening and so much more with the kids I've worked with. Even though we have lots of fun together, you can also be assured that I can provide discipline and guidance for your child when the situation calls for it.
My CPR and First Aid certification just expired at the end of the summer. I would be happy to get re-certified if requested.
I also have references that I am happy to share upon request.
Please reach out to me at any time! God bless!

Understand Nanny Responsibilities in Cleveland, TN
Before beginning the search for a nanny, it’s important to understand what you’re looking for and if a nanny is the right choice for your child care needs. In hiring a nanny, first, you should think through what responsibilities you expect your nanny to handle. With that information, you can create a profile so that nannies can reach out to you. The boundaries for nannies duties vary from family to family. In general, a nanny is responsible for making sure your children’s needs are met, including things like ensuring they have opportunities to play and be active. When tasks go beyond child care, for example, housekeeping or meal preparation, it’s good practice to communicate these expectations with your nanny before hiring them. Along with the different duties that you ask for, experience and location can impact how much you should pay your nanny.
Cleveland Nanny Interviews
Once you start connecting with prospective nannies, the next step is a nanny interview. To make things a bit easier, here’s a list of some nanny interview questions to consider asking:
- Do you have experience being a nanny?
- How do you handle tantrums? Can you share an experience disciplining children?
- What sort of household tasks are you open to doing?
- Are you open to a live in arrangement in Cleveland? Do you have experience being a live in nanny?
- Are you open to being a nanny in a nanny share?
- Do you have any references?
- Are you trained in First Aid or CPR in Cleveland?
- Do you have a driver’s license in TN? Do you own a car?
- What salary are you seeking? Are you open to being paid through direct-deposit, pay stubs?
- What are your expectations around over-time pay and vacation time?
During the hiring process, it’s essential to ask for references, and by asking their references questions you gain a better understanding of they will fit in your family. As you get closer to hiring a nanny, be sure to run a background check to ensure your kids are in good hands. When evaluating a prospective nanny, it’s essential to make sure you’re setting the foundation for a good relationship with your nanny. You can do this by being clear about your expectations around nanny responsibilities and compensation, and of course, by being friendly and welcoming!
