A little bit about me
I strive to be a calm, reliable, and supportive presence for the families I work with. My goal is to create a safe, engaging, and positive environment where children feel encouraged to learn, grow, and have fun. I love planning activities, encouraging creativity, and getting kids outdoors whenever possible. I’m also a big animal lover and very comfortable in homes with pets. Families appreciate that I’m dependable, attentive, and focused on making each day both fun and enriching for the children in my care.

A little bit about me
A little info about me: I recently moved to Green Bay from Southern California with my fiancée for his job. I am bilingual, meaning I am fluent in English and Spanish. I began working with kids in my late teens during the summer as a camp counselor, which led me into a career as a behavioral technician for children with autism. I decided to take a break as a behavioral technician once moving to Wisconsin and am currently working part-time for a non-profit organization focused on developmental opportunities and after-school/summer care for children ages 5-17.
I have a degree in early childhood development. I have an active CPR and First Aid certification, as well as an active CPI certification.
I'm looking forward to hearing from you and learning more about your children and family. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions you may have! :)

Understand Nanny Responsibilities in Green Bay, WI
Before beginning the search for a nanny, it’s important to understand what you’re looking for and if a nanny is the right choice for your child care needs. In hiring a nanny, first, you should think through what responsibilities you expect your nanny to handle. With that information, you can create a profile so that nannies can reach out to you. The boundaries for nannies duties vary from family to family. In general, a nanny is responsible for making sure your children’s needs are met, including things like ensuring they have opportunities to play and be active. When tasks go beyond child care, for example, housekeeping or meal preparation, it’s good practice to communicate these expectations with your nanny before hiring them. Along with the different duties that you ask for, experience and location can impact how much you should pay your nanny.
Green Bay Nanny Interviews
Once you start connecting with prospective nannies, the next step is a nanny interview. To make things a bit easier, here’s a list of some nanny interview questions to consider asking:
- Do you have experience being a nanny?
- How do you handle tantrums? Can you share an experience disciplining children?
- What sort of household tasks are you open to doing?
- Are you open to a live in arrangement in Green Bay? Do you have experience being a live in nanny?
- Are you open to being a nanny in a nanny share?
- Do you have any references?
- Are you trained in First Aid or CPR in Green Bay?
- Do you have a driver’s license in WI? Do you own a car?
- What salary are you seeking? Are you open to being paid through direct-deposit, pay stubs?
- What are your expectations around over-time pay and vacation time?
During the hiring process, it’s essential to ask for references, and by asking their references questions you gain a better understanding of they will fit in your family. As you get closer to hiring a nanny, be sure to run a background check to ensure your kids are in good hands. When evaluating a prospective nanny, it’s essential to make sure you’re setting the foundation for a good relationship with your nanny. You can do this by being clear about your expectations around nanny responsibilities and compensation, and of course, by being friendly and welcoming! And of course, as you learn how to hire a nanny, Nanny Lane's nanny services are here to help
