A little bit about me

I am the second oldest of six children. I started sitting outside of my family when I was 13-years-old. I have nannied for a few different families with varying needs and ages. I can honestly say that being a nanny is my absolute favorite job. I have also spent extensive time as a swim instructor, softball coach and Spanish teacher, so I deal with many different children on a daily basis. I have a major in Spanish and have taught in multiple schools. I most recently taught in a Montessori school in the Birmingham area. I have an extensive contact list that can attest to my ability to care for and even teach children of many different backgrounds and needs. I love children and animals and am used to handling multiple tasks at the same time. I can't wait to meet your family!

I love to go (and teach) swimming with children. I love playing sports and learning new sports from each of my families. I enjoy spending time outdoors when the weather is nice. I also enjoy playing board games, Twister and other games indoors. Staying active helps the mind grow and I am all about it!
