In the early years, I love providing tummy-time, songs, reading, and early sign language. I enjoy taking children on outings to the library, park, zoo, museums, picnics and playdates. Indoors I foster learning and creativity with fun toddler games and simple crafts.

My experience with special needs children...
I do not have experience with special needs children, but I would consider being trained in an infant or toddler's specific special needs. I do have experience with food allergies and using EpiPens.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I took one of my former nanny girls on a date once to reconnect with her when she was four (I was her nanny from two weeks old to three years old). I asked her what she would like to be when she grows up and she looked at me with the serious enthusiasm and said "I want to be a Nanny, just like you!" Heart melted. That says it all right there.
