More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve cared for children for over 12yrs ranging from all different ages. I worked as a babysitter, at a daycare, and even as a nanny. I adore child work and hope to someday be a child life specialist.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love arts and crafts, singing, dancing, making forts, playing with chalk, legos, and bubbles! Another super fun activity is makeovers where I let the kiddos do however they like my makeup and hair encouraging their self confidence and letting their imagination run wild, and if they want too and is allowed by parents I will do theirs also! One of my favorite things is to make life an adventure, not just staying home but going out to parks, museums, or even for an ice cream trip! Wherever their imagination takes us!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love working with children they are just full of joy and imagination! I love to see the personalities develop as they grow. To be able to use the imagination and go on adventures they take me on is something I cherish deeply.

My experience with special needs children...

None with children but I have experience with older people that had dementia and would work with them for about 2 years. I’m flexible and patient and always willing to learn!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I love that every day is a new and wonderful adventure and I never know what kind of day it will be! Watching the children grow, forming bonds and knowing that in some way I helped support their growth into the amazing individuals they are!
