Safety is number one. However, having fun and using different a parts of the brain throughout the day by switching between activities is something I find myself doing and valuing often.
My experience with special needs children...
I have limited experience working with special needs children. However, I have worked with a pos heart transplant child years after surgery, where I would administer select pills as needed. My best friend throughout highschool had a younger sister with cerebral palsy, which I spent a lot of times around as well.
