A little bit about me

I'm Abigail!! I spent time working as an HCA and found that I love helping around the house and taking care of people!!
I spent 2 weeks taking care of 5 kids while their parents were out of town, including the cooking, cleaning, and transportation. I had so much fun with the kids!!
I can drive, and own a car. As I said, I am trained as an HCA, so I have medical training, but I am not CPR certified.
I am Christian, and prefer to work in homes that uphold and respect my values, but it is not required as long as you respect my beliefs. Neither will this affect how I treat you or your children. I will always strive to uphold and support family values and beliefs, and will never try to teach your children anything you do no support or believe.
I am willing to cook, clean, and organize while also upholding the rules and expectations of your household.
I will not work in a house where smoking or vaping is prevalent or ongoing.

I worked as a long term babysitter for about 2 weeks with 5 children, and I have medical training from almost a year of working as an In-home Care Aid.

I love reading and doing Mad Libs, as it's educational, fun, and hilarious. I enjoy playing baseball and soccer, coloring, and playing pretend with kids. I also enjoy dance parties and singing.

The most important part of being a caretaker is the opportunity we have to teach these kids to be proud of who they are. The ability we have to reinforce the beliefs their parents have instilled in them through play and care.

My favorite moment while taking care of kids was when I got to teach the that it was okay to sing and dance, being an authentic version of your fun without being worried about what friends and family would think. I got to see them grow so much, and feel comfortable in their own skin.
