I have not had much experience with children with special needs, only in my student groups, but it was always with intermediary specialists with whom I was able to work together.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the best experience I had as a nanny was when I was an au pair. Living with children is an experience that I will never forget. I feel part of those children's lives as if I were their older sister. It is a very special love.
