More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked for KinderCare Learning Center, Champions before and after school which is a sister company of KinderCare. I was employed at Life Time Athletics where I was employed as a Kids Academy Team Leader, and a summer camp counselor. In my previous years, I cared for children off of sittercity , care.com, nanny networks, building blocks daycare and volunteered at many daycares. Besides your normal fast-food job out of high school, I’ve been working as a childcare provider. 🤍
I recently relocated back to North Carolina after working full-time with a beautiful family of three in Florida, caring for their 9-year-old daughter and 3-year-old son. Their home was rooted in a vegan, holistic lifestyle with a strong focus on connection and a completely screen-free environment, which naturally aligned with my approach to childcare.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love playing hopscotch, jump rope, tag, hide and seek, and my favorite the wonderful games your child makes up, with their rules! LOL
The most important part about being a nanny...
As a nanny having fun, connecting with the child, opening up to the child, and your relationship with your child and the parents are the most important. If there is no relationship, there is no trust, no growth and no learning!
My experience with special needs children...
I have brief experience working with kids with special needs. They have all been in a large setting with other children, as supposed to one on one with the child.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments from all my children are the laughs they provide me. All children are so genuine, and truthful the things you experience with them are hilarious!

Hi! I’m Aubrey, a student at NC State studying Biology and preparing to start nursing school soon. I currently work as a CNA at Duke Hospital and also as a nursery supervisor caring for young children, so taking care of others has become a huge part of my life. I’m CPR/BLS certified, responsible, patient, and love creating a fun and safe environment for kids.
I enjoy staying active, helping with routines, crafts, outdoor activities, homework, and just being someone families can rely on. Between healthcare and childcare, I’ve learned how to stay calm, organized, and caring in busy situations, and I genuinely love working with children!

Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Raleigh, NC: Brittany G.
I have my BS in Family and Community Service with a Child Development concentration. I’m CPR/first aid certified and I’m certified as a level 11 Early Childhood Educator. I’m fully vaccinated against Covid-19. I currently nanny for a family in Raleigh and they have two boys, ages 3 & 6. This has been my first assignment as a nanny and has been so rewarding. I appreciate the close-knit feeling I have when I walk through the door, as if I’m a part of the family. It’s been great. I help a lot with controlling impulsive behaviors and I have self-deemed myself a potty training expert. They’ll go back to school in the fall, so my last day here will be August 20th. I’m looking to hit the ground running with my next match the following Monday.
Previously to nannying, I was a preschool teacher. I taught the 4 year old class. I learned a lot in this position, such as scheduling, solving conflict between children, providing developmentally appropriate activities, among many other skills.
