I am the big sister of 4 brothers. My youngest brother and I's age gap is 15 years. My mom had him while she was in nursing school so there were many days and nights I had to care for my infant brother as long as my other brothers. I babysit occasionally for family and friends and they always say good things about how their child talks about me after I leave!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Playing any type of sport has become some of my favorite activity, especially teaching them a new sport. Going to the park or swimming are my past baby sitters kids favorite activities I took them too. Arts and crafts, watching movies or baking different types of goodies are my favorite activities to do with kiddos as well!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Building a relationship with the child where they know I am there to keep them save and have fun while also knowing I am in charge of them is vital to me. I would never want a baby sitter or nanny that I hated so i always adapt to what they want to do and the things they like so we can build a strong connection!
