I have been working at a daycare in Dublin Tx for a couple months now, mainly working with the infants! Before this I have years of experience babysitting!

The summertime can be hot but I do think it's important to get out, even with babies, at least once a day, even if it's just a walk around the block! I think mental development is so important at all ages, for older kids I'd print out activity sheets helping with numbers/letters/shapes, while with babies we'll work with tummy time and colorful toys!
