Hello! I am a 48 year old mother of 2 teenagers, living in Elmhurst, IL. I have been a stay-at-home mom for the last 17 years, cherishing every moment of that opportunity. I grew up with a single, full-time working mom, which left me responsible for my younger sister at an early age. I started babysitting and taking care of other families' children when I was just 11 years old. I had a lucrative career as a print and film makeup artist, but left that behind to focus on my own children. I have raised compassionate, intelligent and hard working young adults and I kind of miss having them around - it goes so fast! They are both in HS, play multiple sports, volunteer, work and they don't need me as much :(. I love kids and would love to help another family with their childcare needs.
