Hi my name is Adrianna ! I go by Ari for short. I am a current student at Henrietta Lacks Health & Bioscience High School here in Vancouver. I participate in trauma care volunteering in local hospital settings, honor society membership, interact club membership, and key club membership. For my future career I aspire to become a neurosurgeon hopefully in brain and spinal specialties. In the near future I plan on attending OHSU and the University of Oregon for neuroscience and law studies. I also help to lead worship groups in my community for youth and women. Over the years I have had extensive experience with infants and children ( unpaid and paid). I look to working with as many of you as I can and hope to make a positive impact on your families!

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have engaged in volunteering with youth. A tremendous part of my experience is working with children 1 on 1 to further expand their knowledge in reading , comprehension , and social skills . I have worked with infants as well in growth development.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love teaching children important skills, such as speech development, and installing academic readiness into their lives. I also love to engage children in arts and crafts to be able to provide a balance.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part of being a nanny is creating a loving bond between myself and the child. While watching them, I hope to get to know them and be able to create a fun experience while also teaching them important skills to practice at home with their parents.

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with children who have Autism and other disorders in which are physical over the years. To say the least, I love it. As someone who is aspiring to be a neurosurgeon I greatly enjoy spending time with these kiddos :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment was definitely when one of my kiddos moms had me calm him down in the morning before school because I was the only one capable of doing so, do to our bond.
