Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a YMCA group leader for elementary kids in their after school program. I was in charge of children who were in kindergarten and first grade and would switch between grades every now and then to watch over the older children. It was a great experience, I was able to help the kids with their homework, help them learn, grow, and expand their minds. Also be able to play and have fun with them though when homework time was done.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Love to play games made up ones, board games, videos games you name it I’ve probably played it. Love to watch movies, act out stories from books, and have dance parties with their favorite songs. Time inside even on rainy days can still be TONS OF FUN!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny I feel is being able to be loving/caring, effective in the work you do, but mainly being trustworthy in giving needs to families and their tiny balls of SunShine they trust you in watching. I believe in making sure to be dedicated and focus as well as definitely having FUN haha but fun that also helps a child learn and gain wonderful character.
