My experience with special needs children...
I have experience with down syndrome and autism. Also children who struggle with big emotions. I find ways to cheer up and smooth all children no matter their age or if they have a special need. I’ve babysat a Down syndrome infant for a year. And work with multiple children with autism at my current daycare job.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Anytime babies smile really big at me and laugh. Aww. Or when children hug me saying “Noooo don’t leaveeee” Many favorite moments like these.
