Nanny’s can be fun but also need to know when to make sure the children know when it’s time to be serious. Ex. Let’s not run around wild in the sidewalk or in the road cause we don’t want to get hurt. They can still enjoy being outside but still being safe.
My experience with special needs children...
I was a mother’s helper for 4 months to help her get things done around the house. I was mainly feeding her child who was autistic. I work with children in my church nursery who have special needs.

Being able to build bond with the children that not only are they happy to see me but also show them fun ways to learn a en explore the world through their wild imaginations! I love drawing or doing sing along with children. To see them get so happy at what seems small to use brings me such joy!
