My experience with special needs children...
I grew up volunteering with a non-profit group home for individuals with special needs, which gave me early exposure to working with a wide range of abilities and taught me patience, empathy, and understanding from a young age. In addition, through my psychology studies and summer camp experience, I’ve worked with children who have behavioral and developmental differences. I focus on being adaptable, supportive, and attentive to each child’s unique needs, and I’m always open to learning and following guidance from families to provide the best care possible.
