The most important part about being a nanny...

Building a bond with your pupils as well as you the parent/ guardian is important to me because trust is number 1, I want whoever I’m watching to feel comfortable and safe with me. Being a positive influence, I am very mindful of what I say and do because I know the little one are watching and the older ones are as well so that being said I make sure I am that positive representation.

My experience with special needs children...

I haven’t had much experience with children having special needs, but I have been around them throughout my life and seeing the do’s & don’ts of how to appropriately take care of them. My mom was a special needs teacher and would teach me her knowledge on how to handle them and help them .
