I am a supervisor at Flood City Youth Academy. I take care at least 52 kids a day during the summer program and about 30 kids for the after school program , I’m always looking for fun new ways to teach kids life skills and education. When it comes to games and fun time I’m a big kid at heart . We do movie days , pool tournaments, basketball games and much more .

I remember the day of one of my kids birthday , so me and the other mentors decorated the room with Spider-Man decorations everywhere , and I went to party city and had one of my workers dress up in a Spider-Man’s costume, the smile and joy I seen on one of my kid’s face warmed my heart and reminded me why I love doing what I do and my purpose in life .
