One of my favorite nanny moments was caring for 6-month-old quadruplets. One morning, they were all extra smiley, so I laid them on a big playmat in a circle and sang songs while they babbled and kicked in sync—it was like their own little baby concert! Seeing them connect with each other and respond to my voice with giggles and coos was such a special, heartwarming moment I’ll never forget.
