"Aleesa is actually my online student. So she did not work for or with me.
Aleesa would be a great asset to any employer specifically a babysitting environment. She is a very responsible, respectful and conscientious student. I see these traits as her asset and will carry over into any position she applies for. Feel free to contact me for any other matter."

"I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend my goddaughter as a babysitter, having witnessed firsthand her exceptional ability to care for children. From the moment my kids were born, she has been a constant and loving presence in their lives, demonstrating remarkable patience, creativity, and dedication. Her natural affinity for nurturing young minds is evident in the way she engages with them, turning everyday moments into joyful learning experiences. She possesses an innate understanding of children's needs, always ensuring they feel safe, valued, and understood. Whether it's through playful storytelling, arts and crafts, or simply being there to listen, she has an incredible knack for fostering a sense of trust and security. I am confident that she will bring the same level of love and attention to any family she works with. I wholeheartedly endorse her as a reliable and compassionate babysitter who will undoubtedly enrich the lives of the children she cares for.,

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is understanding that you’re not just filling time — you’re shaping a child’s emotional world. It’s not just about keeping them safe or entertained, it’s about how they feel in your presence. Children are deeply intuitive; they pick up on energy, tone, patience, and intention. So being a nanny means showing up consistently with emotional steadiness, respect, and attunement — because those small, everyday interactions become part of their sense of security and self-worth
Intellectually, it also means recognizing that every behavior has a reason, and it’s our job to respond with curiosity, not control. Whether they’re expressing joy, frustration, or fear, I see those moments as opportunities to help them understand their emotions, develop language for their inner world, and learn how to relate to others with kindness and confidence.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment was when a quiet, shy child I cared for surprised me by opening up and turning a simple game into a joyful dance party. That breakthrough—watching their laughter fill the room and feeling their trust grow—reminded me how powerful consistent presence, empathy, and a little playfulness can be in helping a child feel truly safe and confident. Moments like these show me that nurturing emotional growth is just as important as physical care, and they’re the reason I love this work.
