I've been a caretaker my whole life! Starting at the age of 16, I became a CNA to care for my great grandma in nursing facility. I became a Staff Developer for Avalon care facility, I was in charge of hiring, training/education, and scheduling. I then veered to becoming a a Sr Behavioral Tech providing care and therapy for housed individuals at the Wyoming State training school. Providing a full home care living environment by assisting and/or providing all ADLs depending on each individuals level of need. I also became a licensed EMT.
