I am currently a float teacher at ABC great beginnings and took childcare/education classes since I was 14 that includes working with children everyday for two years.

I love using things like chalk, mini obstacle courses, outdoor sports when I am outside. I love finding new indoor activities that kids love but everything is based on there favorites of course, sensory play is great in younger kids and mess free slime in a bag is great!

My experience with special needs children...
I worked with a child with autism that was non verbal and would find activities they liked that would fit with everyone so they where never ever left out. I don't have a large experience so it isn't my main focus of work.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite thing that I've experienced was growing a bond with a girl who was seen as "trouble" finding systems that worked for her such as rewarding and discipline in different ways. It reminded me of how I was as a kid and I love that I can understand and show children that just cause there different doesn't make them bad.
