More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I would and still am occasionally taking care of my 6 yr old niece, 8 yr old nephew, and my 2 yr old nephew. I would make sure they’re fed, tidy up the house a bit, made sure they’re fed took their naps, and picked them up from school and sometimes with their moms permission I would take them to the park.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Today’s kids are usually on some kind of technology and won’t get way from it. I love teaching kids how to do outdoor activities, and doing activities I would be doing when I was younger. The most important part would be being able to take care of them, and not taking your eyes of them. Teaching them new ways of having fun, and learning new stuff.

I don’t have any experience with special needs children, but I’m willing to learn.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I was babysitting a 3 year old, and honestly we did so many things together. We played tag, made some slime, baked cookies for his mom, played “The cleaning song”, went outside, played with the dog, and after a long day of doing many stuff together we watched “Toy Story” and he fell asleep on my shoulder. I got some blankets and a pillow, and slept on the couch, so he would be under my watch Until his mom came from work. I was really tired, but that day I knew I loved taking care of them.
