Hi my name is Alex and I am a student at WPI. I have a lot of experience working with kids. From ages 13 to 17 I refereed basketball for ages 5-13. I also tutored children ages 5-15 in programming languages including Python and scratch. During this time I was expected to create my own lesson plans in which students would build on the material taught in the previous week. During the school year I volunteer at a local elementary school where I tutor 5th graders in math and science. During high school I also babysat for several families. In which my responsibilities were meal prep, daily routines, and supervising school work. I also have a car and a drivers license so I am able to drive to daily activities.
