I worked at Clarkdale elementary school in the Preschool classes offered there. I also work at Nickajack elementary school as an after school instructor. I’m currently working at the south Cobb early learning center in special education preschool. But before all of that I was a nanny/babysitter for about 3 years.

I think the most important part about being a nanny is getting to watch the child grow and learn new things and seeing them smile.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience with autism. My brother is considered low functioning and nonverbal autism. I also work in a preschool that all the kids either have an official diagnosis of autism or have a speech delay, developmental delay or behavioral problems.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment was when one of my speech delayed kids said my name for the first time.
