The most important part about being a nanny/childcare provider is the positive impact you make. Not only with the children but with the entire family.

I have worked with many different children who have different needs. I have worked with children with autism, serve autism, Down syndrome, learning disabilities, ADD/ADHD, trauma, PTSD, ODD, and PANDAS. I have also worked with children who have hearing disabilities and deafness.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments while working in childcare was when a child who had PTSD in my care had a panic attack in the classroom. The child went home. The next day the children’s parent told me that once they got home their child asked for me for comfort. Knowing that I was a safe space for that child was the moment that I decided that childcare would be my career and passion, not just a job.
