Yes. I volunteered at a small farm called Wilcox Farm back home. We worked with the children and the animals so they could interact for the special event day. It was priceless to see the happiness on their faces!

My cousin has mild autism & I care for him often. I know how to handle certain situations, what to do to calm them when they are having a sensory overload, and what makes them laugh & smile.
Also, In high school we had a program with the Glen Peter’s School for special needs children. We did an olympic games with them every year & went to the school on holidays to interact and do fun things with the students there

I babysit a 3 year old little girl & a 9 year old boy. Well, they LOVE whip cream. Every time I’m there they get one little mouthful of whip cream (parents permission of course). Anyway, they get a kick out of it and it always puts a big smile on their faces.
