I am 25 years old and love kids. I started as a mother's helper, and as I got older, I was able to babysit on my own. Bringing joy and nurturing care to children is my passion. For the past nine years, I've dedicated myself to fostering the growth and development of children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens and beyond. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I love engaging children through the outdoors, board games, and educational activities. I am also comfortable with pets. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Other experience I have with kids is when I did volunteer work with kids that were in a shelter. I get to play and spend time with multiples kids so the mother got some time to do whatever she needed.
I also have experience caring for foster children, which is so rewarding and an amazing experience!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Playing board games, puzzles, drawing and coloring. I love planning arts and crafts to do with the kids. Playing outside at the park, riding bikes, going for walks, or just doing a kind of activity outside to all’s sure we are getting fresh air and some energy out.
Having them use their imaginations to play pretend, cooking in the play kitchen, playing teacher/class, playing with babies or Barbie’s, playing dinosaurs or anything that they are interested in. I also prioritize educational (age appropriate) activities , for instance doing fun workbooks and reading to them or having them read with me depending on the ages.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a nanny for me is that I get to help care for and teach children to be amazing little humans and thrive. I get to experience the little moments and be apart of creating experiences that can last a lifetime and impact their lives in a positive way. Getting to be apart of children’s lives is one the most rewarding experiences.

My experience with special needs children...

I have limited experience with special needs children. I have a nephew who is on the autism spectrum and a cousin who is mostly non verbal autistic. I have given haircuts to children who are special needs and they have all gone well. I have never had any problems or issues arise with any child who has special needs.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I have so many favorite nanny moments it’s hard to a choose just one. One of them is when I get to see the kids improve in activities and sports they are passionate about. The girls that I nannied for in the past do dance (ballet,tap, Irish step) and I go to their recitals and have been for about the past 3 years. Getting to see them improve and seeing how proud and excited they are afterwards is the best thing!
Another one my favorite moments is when something clicks for a child, they are learning something or trying to understand something and they finally get it! It’s so exciting and they are so proud. Getting to experience that is something I love!
