Daycare experience:
My main duties included assisting other caretakers in multiple areas, such as: preparing healthy lunches, setting up crafts for projects, and reading stories to children. After the daily routines and projects were completed I helped by cleaning the classroom. Painting, free play, play dough, sensory play, and puzzles were very popular. This job gave me a great deal of experience and a better understanding of what children need in order to thrive! I also have worked in multiple summer camps and YMCA events for children, field trips, nature outings and more.
