The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and dependable environment where children can grow and thrive. A great nanny does more than supervise—they build trust with both the child and the family. This means ensuring the child’s safety, supporting their emotional and physical development, encouraging learning through play and daily activities, and maintaining open, honest communication with parents. Patience, kindness, reliability, and the ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs are essential qualities. By providing consistent care, positive guidance, and genuine compassion, a nanny can make a lasting, positive impact on a child’s confidence, well-being, and overall development.
My experience with special needs children...
I was an AID for high school special needs kids and i would help them read, write, some need help to speak and you end up learning a bit of sign language but i am not fluent at all.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When i was working at Tyler’s camp one of the girls came to me asking me to do her hair because her mom didn’t have time and i do always keep some products in my bag. So i ended up helping her out, but she did have a thicker texture hair then me so thankfully i did have a stronger gel to use for her hair and it came out great later she stuck by my leg the whole rest of the summer and drew me pictures any chance she got and i thought it was the cutest thing ever and loved experiencing every moment of it.
