The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, respectful, and educational learning environment designed to enhance skills of all ages, and to care with compassion. All children are different so taking the time to learn individual needs and adjusting their care plan to best fit them not only helps the child feel successful, but also helps me feel successful in my passion.

I have 2 step children who are both diagnosed with level 4 behavioral and verbal autism. I have been one of their primary caregivers over the last 4+ years and I am capable of creating curriculums designed to enhance their independence and build their skills they may be struggling with.
