A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Alexia but I go by Lexi, I have worked at the Arlington Boys and Girls Club for three years. Growing up I’ve always been the oldest sibling, the built in babysitter if you will, so childcare has always just come naturally to me. In my years at the ABGC, I’ve worked with many children with many different types of disabilities, home lives and learning preferences. At home I have a 3 year old brother and I have helped raise him along side my mom since my dad can’t be in the picture as much do to work. My best age range to work with would be 6-10 but I can open myself up to working with younger or older! I think that all children are blessings and it’s so hard to grow up with the world changing everyday. I grew up in Lowell so I understand the difficulties of life and having to persevere through the tough times. I am CPR and First Aid certified so your child will always be in good hands.
