The last experience job listed there says "0" kids - that's because I was the Director of a licensed childcare center and had 82 children I knew, loved, and cared for - ages ranging from 6wks to 12yrs of age. As Director I got to have my hands in everywhere, and found that I love working with the kids and helping & encouraging the parents more than the "desk job" of directing....so here I am, looking to go back to the simpler version of individual childcare - rather than a center.
