The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part to me about being a nanny would be that you have to love what you are doing. Kids are not always the easiest, especially when it is not your own kid. You have to learn the children. and of course help them learn, and grow to become amazing young adults. You are not just there to watch these children. You are there to learn and grow with them when their parents are busy making a living to put a roof over their kids head and food on the table.
My experience with special needs children...
The youngest individual I have cared for with special needs was 17. Of course I am willing to work with younger, just don't have much experience.

Everyday is my favorite day with them. It is never a dull moment with kids thats for sure!
