With the older kids, i like playing board games and made up games. With the younger ones i like playing like peek-a-boo or reading.

The most important part about being a nanny...

i feel for me the most important part of being a nanny is making sure there is always an open line for communication, that the little ones have fun but are safe. its to make the job on the mother and father easier.

My experience with special needs children...

I have taking care of children who are on the autistic spectrum and who have ADHD. So I am very patent and know not every approach works for every little one.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment would be when a little one would get excited for me to watch them!
Or when I was able to teach, along side the parents, baby sign language successfully.!
