I have babysat for children since high school and have also gained extensive experience with infants and children through my work as an EMT and pediatric emergency department technician. I currently work at Children’s Hospital of Orange County and previously worked in the Los Angeles County 911 system and other emergency departments. These roles have strengthened my communication, patience, attention to safety, and ability to remain calm during stressful or unexpected situations.

Activities include reading, arts and crafts, imaginative play, age-appropriate games, outdoor activities, and helping with homework or school projects. I also enjoy involving children in simple activities such as baking, preparing snacks, or choosing a fun movie. Although I have not worked specifically as a long-term special-needs nanny, my pediatric hospital and EMT experience has allowed me to care for children with a variety of developmental, behavioral, and medical needs. I understand that every child communicates and responds differently, so I approach each child with patience, compassion, and flexibility. I am comfortable following detailed caregiver instructions, adapting activities and communication, and learning the routines that help each child feel safe and supported.
