I have cared for my sick grandmother she is unable to move and eat by her self my grand mother was at my uncles house and at that time he had two kids not in school yet so I had to watch my own daughter and two other small children and take care of my grandmother

I need to step into disagreements with siblings
I need to know how to understand how they feel and be open minded
I need to protect if anything was to happen like they are my own
All u need to do is be a parent if your a good mom or dad u can be an amazing nanny cuz u will care and show the respect and love for those kids too

My experience with special needs children...

My brother when I was younger had HDHD and multiple personality disorder also had schizophrenia all in middle school it was hard. He had got abusive with me and all I did was try to hold his hands down and tell him what’s happening let’s breath let us get our thoughts together so we can talk I want to know how u fee. The only time where I had to call the police becusae I was scared of not only his safety but my other siblings and my own is wen he was upset that I told him he no Xbox before homework so he went outside which we agreed that is ok to cool off so I didnt think much about it and he must of went int the neighbors yard wen I went to go check on him he was coming up the sidewalk with a axe. I told him put that back and he started running towards me I slammed the door and locked it called 911 he was hitting the door with the axe and yelling.I told him if the axe disappears i will let him in. In window he said bad things that’s wen he started hitting the door police showed

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moments are wen they are laughing or scared and get over there fear or wen they do something for the first time or trying new food I love that one the smiles on there face or the sound of the laughter is wat gets me
