Also Do daily stretches to help with motor skills, physical and brain development. Also I like to do activities like decorate cupcakes, or Go for a stroller ride, play with water, or have a picnic

I believe the most part and part of being a nanny is giving the child the love, care, and development skills that they need to thrive. I also believe the most important part of nanny is it gives the parents the security and peace and knowing that their child is safe and being Amazingly cared for by getting one on one care and attention.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with a special-needs autistic child. He did not speak very much And was kind of closed off and shy when I first met him But after a little bit of time day, by day, he began to open up And get happy to see me! Which is a Best joy I was very patient with him and taught him many skills like math and reading And will take him to the park or to eat in the same To be something he really enjoyed! I also did meal prep for him and Took him to school every day. He was a very sweet child. I worked on developmental skills with him everyday.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment while being a nanny would probably be with a young child that i cared for since he was one I just recently left after being with him for two years One thing that would always make me so happy is the way that he always wanted me to pick him up and would always call my name an ask me to play with him it brought so much joy to me I would say I have many favorite moments with him every day I worked with him, was like my favorite day! Caring for children is such a huge joy! And the best job I could ever ask for! Every child I have ever cared for has brought me a lot of joy! Also, one of my favorite moments is the family i worked for wanted me to bring my child an when the child I looked after met my son, he absolutely loved him, and my son and him became like best friends, the way they hug Each other and play together made my heart so happy to see!
