"Alisha was my stepson's (4 at the time) and my daughter's (2 at the time) nanny while I was hospitalized for a few months. I have known her for 8 years and know her to be a patient and understanding woman. My children and I have had zero complaints while under her care. She helped my stepson with his letters, writing his name, and improve his counting and helped my daughters speech grow. She went above and beyond my expectations and brought the kids up to the hospital to visit with me often. She is a very kind hearted individual.
