The most important part of being a nanny is getting to watch the children grow. I love watching kids learn and find their own personality.
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with special needs children is when my family volunteered to help special needs adults. Every Wednesday night for a year and a half my family would go to a church where we would help teach special needs adults. This helped grow my relationships with these amazing people. After a few months of being there, I truly learned how to help and understand how amazing special needs children are.
